MATTRESSES

The Impression (cooling)

This limited Mattress Warranty applies to the following Defects

  • Your new Impression mattress is covered by a 10-year limited warranty (the “Impression Warranty”), if there are factory defects due to the manufacturing process, defects in the material or if there is an obvious dent in the material of 1.5 inch or more we'll replace the mattress.
  • You must have proof of original purchase (receipt)

 This limited Mattress Warranty does not cover the following

  • Wear due to routine use. Damage, scratches, stain
  • Product was purchased as used
  • When the product is intentionally damaged, or due to cutting, burning, flooding, or other inappropriate use
  • When mold occurs
  • When the product is heavily stained, dirty, or otherwise treated non-hygienically
  • When material is discolored
  • When remodeling or repair is done
  • When size, impression from use, etc. doesn't match your preference
  • Malfunction/damage due to transportation, falling, etc. after delivery
  • When stored outdoor or in excessively humid area
  • When the product is bent or crushed, or if a defect occurs due to tearing or permanent deformation of the material due to a brief exposure to a low temperature environment
  • Defective due to unusual usage (tear, fray, strain, etc.)
  • Zipper of product's cover except if it was already defective when you received it
  • Used for non-home use (hotel, rental, etc.)
  • Products that can't be collected by a local charity due to their conditions

 The Embrace (temp reg)

This limited Mattress Warranty applies to the following Defects

  • Your new Embrace mattress is covered by a 10-year limited warranty (the “Embrace Warranty”), if there are factory defects due to the manufacturing process, defects in the material or if there is an obvious dent in the material of 1.5 inch or more we'll replace the mattress.
  • You must have proof of original purchase (receipt)

 This limited Mattress Warranty does not cover the following

  • Wear due to routine use. Damage, scratches, stain
  • Product was purchased as used
  • When the product is intentionally damaged, or due to cutting, burning, flooding, or other inappropriate use
  • When mold occurs

 BED FRAMES

Adjustable Base

This limited Adjustable Base Warranty applies to the following Defects

  • Your new Adjustable Base is covered by a 20-year limited warranty
  • You must have proof of original purchase (receipt)
  • Year 1: replacement of parts free to customer
  • Year 2-3: service fees to be paid by customer and defective parts need to be returned to vendor
  • Year 3-20: service fees to be paid by customer and defective parts need to be returned to vendor.

Customer to pay 1/20 of the cost of parts times years used. Electrical parts are excluded

This limited Adjustable Base Warranty does not cover the following

  • Defective due to unusual usage
  • Product was purchased as used
  • When the product is intentionally damaged, or due to cutting, burning, flooding, or other inappropriate use
  • When mold occurs
  • When the product is heavily stained, dirty, or otherwise treated non hygienically
  • When material is discolored
  • When remodeling or repair is done
  • When size, impression from use, etc. doesn't match your preference
  • Malfunction/damage due to transportation, falling, etc. after delivery
  • When stored outdoor or in excessively humid area
  • When the adjusting part is repaired or replaced improperly
  • When damaged by mattress, fabric, cable, electric cord or other parts
  • When damaged due to using it over the weight described in the instruction manual
  • Used for non-home use (hotel, rental, etc.)

 Foundation

This limited Foundation Warranty applies to the following Defects

  • Your new Foundation is covered by a 1-year limited warranty (the “Foundation Warranty”), if there are factory defects due to manufacturing we'll replace your Foundation. This limited Foundation Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
  • You must have proof of original purchase (receipt)

This limited Foundation Warranty does not cover the following

  • Wear due to routine use. Damage, scratches, stain
  • Product was purchased as used
  • When the product is intentionally damaged, or due to cutting, burning, flooding, or other inappropriate use
  • When mold occurs
  • When the product is heavily stained, dirty, or otherwise treated non hygienically
  • When material is discolored
  • When remodeling or repair is done
  • When size, impression from use, etc. doesn't match your preference
  • Malfunction/damage due to transportation, falling, etc. after delivery
  • When stored outdoor or in excessively humid area
  • When used for nonstandard sized frame
  • Damage occurred due to non-home usage

 Metal Frame

This limited Metal Frame Warranty applies to the following Defects

  • Your new Metal Frame is covered by a 1-year limited warranty (the “Metal Frame Warranty”), if there are factory defects due to manufacturing we'll replace your Metal Frame. This limited Metal Frame Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
  • You must have proof of original purchase (receipt)

This limited Metal Frame Warranty does not cover the following

  • Wear due to routine use. Damage, scratches, stain
  • Product was purchased as used
  • When the product is intentionally damaged, or due to cutting, burning, flooding, or other inappropriate use
  • When mold occurs
  • When the product is heavily stained, dirty, or otherwise treated non-hygienically
  • When material is discolored
  • When remodeling or repair is done
  • When size, impression from use, etc. doesn't match your preference
  • Malfunction/damage due to transportation, falling, etc. after delivery
  • When stored outdoor or in excessively humid area
  • Used for non-home use (hotel, rental, etc.)
  • When confirmed as a partial defect, only that particular part is replaced (won't be replaced entirely)

 Mattress Protector

This limited Mattress Protector Warranty applies to the following Defects

  • Your new Mattress Protector is covered by a 15-year limited warranty (the “Mattress Protector Warranty”), if there are factory defects due to manufacturing we'll replace your Mattress Protector.
  • You also have a 100-night trial period, if at the end of your 100 nights you aren't satisfied with your mattress protector you may return it on these conditions:
    • In order to make a return, you must live in the US. However, we cannot accept returns from Hawaii and Alaska.
    • You must have proof of purchase (receipt)
  • Returning of product within the trial period is limited to 1 product and 1 time only per household
  • A refund will be processed once pickup of the cancelled product is confirmed.

This limited Mattress Protector Warranty does not cover the following

  • When maintenance wasn't performed according to the laundry label
  • Used for non-home use (hotel, rental, etc.)
  • Defective due to unusual usage (tear, fray, strain, etc.)
  • When high temperature drying is performed
  • Use of bleach
  • Use of iron
  • Dry cleaning
  • In addition, it corresponds to the warranty contents enclosed with the product

 Pillow

This limited Pillow Warranty applies to the following Defects

  • Your new pillow is covered by a 1-year limited warranty (the “Pillow Warranty”), if there are factory defects due to manufacturing we'll replace your pillow. This limited Pillow Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
  • You also have a 30-night trial period, if at the end of your 30 nights you aren't satisfied with your pillow you may return it on these conditions:
    • In order to make a return, you must live in the US. However, we cannot accept returns from Hawaii and Alaska.
    • You must have proof of purchase (receipt)
  • Returning of product within the trial period is limited to 1 product and 1 time only per person
  • A refund will be processed once pickup of the cancelled product is confirmed.

This limited Pillow Warranty does not cover the following

  • Tears and defects created from being washed.
  • Wear due to routine use. Damage, scratches, stain
  • When the product is intentionally damaged, or due to cutting, burning, flooding, or other inappropriate use
  • When mold occurs
  • When the product is heavily stained, dirty, or otherwise treated non-hygienically
  • When material is discolored
  • When alterations are made
  • When size, impression from use, etc. doesn't match your preference
  • Malfunction/damage due to transportation, falling, etc. after delivery
  • When stored outdoor or in excessively humid area
  • Defective due to unusual usage (tear, fray, strain, etc.)
  • Zipper of product's cover except if it was already Defective when you received it
  • Used for non-home use (hotel, rental, etc.)

 Sheets

This Limited Sheets Warranty applies to the following Defects

  • Your new sheet set is covered by a 1-year limited warranty (the “Sheet Warranty”), if there are factory defects due to manufacturing we'll replace your sheet set. This limited Sheet Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
  • You also have a 30-night trial period, if at the end of your 30 nights you aren't satisfied with your sheet set you may return it on these conditions:
    • In order to make a return, you must live in the US. However, we cannot accept returns from Hawaii and Alaska.
    • You must have proof of purchase (receipt)
  • Returning of product within the trial period is limited to 1 product and 1 time only per household
  • A refund will be processed once pickup of the canceled product is confirmed.

This Limited Sheets Warranty does not cover the following

  • Tears and defects created from being washed

  • When mold occurs

 Comforter

This limited Comforter Warranty applies to the following Defects

  • Your new Comforter is covered by a 1-year limited warranty (the “Comforter Warranty”), if there are factory defects due to manufacturing we'll replace your comforter. This limited Comforter Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
  • You also have a 30-night trial period, if at the end of your 30 nights you aren't satisfied with your comforter you may return it on these conditions:
    • In order to make a return, you must live in the US. However, we cannot accept returns from Hawaii and Alaska.
    • You must have proof of purchase (receipt)
  • Returning of product within the trial period is limited to 1 product and 1 time only per household
  • A refund will be processed once pickup of the cancelled product is confirmed.

This limited Comforter Warranty does not cover the following

This limited Pillow Warranty applies to the following Defects

  • You also have a 30-night trial period, if at the end of your 30 nights you aren't satisfied with your pillow protector you may return it on these conditions:
    • In order to make a return, you must live in the US. However, we cannot accept returns from Hawaii and Alaska.
    • You must have proof of purchase (receipt)
  • Returning of product within the trial period is limited to 1 product and 1 time only per household
  • A refund will be processed once pickup of the cancelled product is confirmed.

This limited Pillow Cover Warranty does not cover the following

  • Tears and defects created from being washed
